We asked Capps to come and try and figure out an odour that we were smelling throughout our house that we pinpointed coming through the vents, originating from the furnace. Paul suggested a Hepa filter might work to get rid of the odour. His suggestion proved to be the best solution and we are now enjoying clean and odourless air that is constantly being circulated throughout the house. The air in the house feels so fresh now, and just feels cleaner. Thank you to Paul for making this suggestion, and following up to make sure this was really working to get rid of the odour. We were totally stumped by this problem, and he was the only one that was willing to suggest different options to us. Thanks for solving our problem!! I would totally recommend Paul and his team to anyone who thinks they need to have any work done to do with "air" in their home or workplace.

Capps cleaned my ducts yesterday. They were punctual, professional and friendly. They explained the process, were concerned about my son falling over the hoses and were careful my cats were secured during the cleaning. They moved furniture and put everything back perfectly. They were thorough and fairly priced. The office staff is friendly and even called to remind me of the service a day before. I wouldn't use anyone else. Capps is Tops!
